Yes, you ARE old

Well, achieved my 63 birthday! Sign of my age: counting the months until I'm eligible for medicare. How sad is that. Good sign is that my trophy wife, though only 4 years younger, is totally youthful. So, have the best of both worlds: a babe I can talk with.

Back in my 'tween marriage days, went out with any number of women who were nice enough, but too young to remember milestones like the Kennedy assassinations or the moon walk or Kent State or the Beatles coming to America.

So, time marches on and I limp along with it. 'Scoped left knee and soon a new left hip. Seems to me that a used hip would be just fine, thank you. Won't like challenge a new one very much.
